The incidence of vascular dementia increasingly higher, whose pathogenesis has not been fully understood and doesn＇t been well treated in the days. Acupuncture has overall regulatory effects, has a good advantage in Prevention and Treatment of this disease. This article analyzes the recent experimental study of acupuncture treatment of vascular dementia-related action mechanisms, and research ideas are discussed.
