水价问题是南水北调东线运营管理的关键。根据南水北调东线交易主体,基于供应链思想建立了内外部市场价格歧视的定价模型,证明了联合定价优于非合作的Staekelherg博弈模型;基于OA(operationresearch)及东线实例对模型进行了扩展,设计了政府最高限价的动态定价及相关约束,通过数值算例验证了模型的有效性。结果表明联合定价优于Stackelherg博弈定价.通过利润分配因子的设计可以实现供应链整体及各合作伙伴的多赢。
The pricing is the key issue of operation and management of eastern route of the SNWT (south-to-north water transfers) in China. Based on supply chain and company of eastern route, we set up two kinds of Discriminatory Pricing Model to different market, we gave an expanded description of the pricing model based on OA (Operational Approach), designed take-or-pay pricing restrictions, the model is proved by simulation. It demonstrates that the supply chain nodes are favored more profits in the joint pricing model than Stackelberg pricing model win-win of the whole chain can be realized by designing the profit sharing.
