基于岩土钻掘学理论模型,提出运用模糊数学理论的分析方法建立具有隶属函数与实际性能分布的数学模型;重点研究液压钻进系统使用T0小时后对某工况要求其性能的满足程度问题。结合数理统计学和Matlab软件对数据样本进行处理计算;得到该钻进系统在该某时间节点处优良性能的模糊数值。最终,实例计算结果验证了:模糊化分析方法能够较科学地计算出具体数值,具有较好的可操作性,且计算较为简便。为钻进系统节能技术的开发提供数据支持。
Based on the theory of the membership function and of rock & soil excavation and drilling the distribution of actual performance engineering, a mathematical model composed is established by using the analysis methods of fuzzy mathematical theory to research the meet degree of performance of the hydraulic drill system after being used To hours in required conditions. Combining mathematical statistics and the software Matlab to process calculations on data samples, we obtain the fuzzy value which is the excellent performance of the drilling system at a time node. Finally, the calculation of example verifies that the fuzzy analysis method has a better operability and a simple cal- culation for providing support to the development of energy-saving technologies in the drilling system.
