Influenced by the modern ＂heavy interest＂ value system, traditional design concept arid management pattern can no longer preserve the historical environment in the urban and rural areas.It is therefore necessary to apply the new Marxism theory to define the principal body of the, urban historical culture and strengthen the independence awareness of citizens＇ social and bring into full play the role of the principal body of the historical preservation.
