以天然高分子壳聚糖为载体制备了载银壳聚糖复合抗菌剂。运用SEM、XPS、FT—IR、XRD对样品的形貌和结构进行了表征,同时测试了样品的抗菌性能。研究结果表明,pH值对样品的抗菌性能影响最大,其次为反应时间、壳聚糖质量和反应温度;壳聚糖与银离子发生配位反应且复合物呈无定形结构;CTS-Ag抗菌剂的抗菌性能优于单一组分的CTS抗菌剂。
Chitosan(CTS) was used as carrier to prepare Ag-loading chitosan(CTS-Ag) antibacterial agent. The morphologies and structures of samples were characterized by using scanning electronic microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Fourier transformation infrared spectrometry and X-ray diffraction. Moreover, the antit)acterial properties of samples were measured. The results show that the antibacterial activity of samples is affected by pH va lue, reaction time, the mass of chitosan and reaction temperature; coordination reaction takes place between chitosan and silver ion to form amorphous composite; the antibacterial properties of CTS-Ag are superior to monocornponent CTS antibacterial agents.
