研究了采用化学镀方法处理的金刚石颗粒场发射性能;并通过计算对金刚石薄膜场发射特点和场发射机制作出尝试性的理论探讨.经过处理,化学复合镀金刚石颗粒表现出良好的场发射性能:在真空度为10^-4Pa的测试室中,其阈值电压为5 V/μm,实验表明金刚石表面的镀银层有利于场发射的进行.
In this research, field emission performances from diamond grains coated with silver has been studied. The motivation for the experiment is to gain further understanding of the possible mechanism of diamond field emission. This study has revealed that emission can be obtained at field as low as 5 V/μm, and the field emission measurements were carried out pressure of 10^-4pa.
