针对目前磁浮列车所采取的传统定期维修方式的固有缺陷,利用威布尔比例风险模型建立了系统的运行状态与故障率之间的关系,以最大可用度为决策目标,确定了基于CBM的维修决策,为磁浮列车其他设备进行CBM维修决策提供了相对客观的定量分析方法。并以磁浮列车制动系统的制动风缸为例说明决策的全过程。最后设计了基于CBM的决策支持系统。
Aiming at the inherent defect of the maglev train which takes tradmonai perlocim maintenance way at present, the relationship hetween the operation condition and failure rate of the system were estab- lished, using Weihull proportional hazards models the decision based on CBM maintenance with the maxi- mum availability as decision goal were made and relatively objective quantitative analysis method for other maglev train equipment to mate maintenance decision were provided. At the same time, through the brake air cylinder in maglev train braking system to show the whole process of decision making. Finally desig- ning the decision support system based on CBM.
