Mathematical model is an important method in study of produce price in economics. Under the economic parameters satisfying some conditions, the existence and uniqueness of periodic solution as well as almost periodic solution of model is proved by using upper and lower solution method. The global stability of periodic solution as well as almost periodic solution is obtained through constructed Liapunov function.
