In this paper, some relevant application cases are analyzed firstly to show the potential value of multilingual Ontology to digital library. Then, features of multilingual Ontology learning under digital library environment are described. Basic frame of multi- lingual Ontology learning suitable for digital library application is presented. Several key techniques involved and some related works by the authors are described. In the end, future direction of this research is discussed.
