Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease always coexists with obesity, type 2 diabetes, hypertension and other metabolic syndrome. The correlation between non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and oxidative stress are more concerned in recent years. This review summarizes the pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and the development on oxidative stress and antioxidants.
