文章提出了一种基于十字形三模公共谐振器的紧凑型微带四工器,该谐振器由三个开路枝节和一个短路枝节构成,通过独立调节各枝节的长度可以灵活控制三个谐振频率,能同时为三个滤波通道提供公共的谐振单元和互不干扰的外部耦合,缩减了四工器的整体尺寸,避免了复杂的匹配网络设计。基于这种全新的公共耦合谐振器和折叠型阶梯阻抗谐振器,设计并加工了一种用于移动通信平台的中心频率分别为1GHz、1.25GHz、1.56GHz、1.8GHz,相对带宽分别为4.5%、6.9%、4.4%、3%的高阶微带四工器,实验与仿真结果吻合良好。
A compact microstrip quadruplexer is presented based on cross-shaped triple-mode common resonator in this paper. The cross-shaped triple-mode resonator consists of three open-ended stubs and one short-ended stub. By manipulating the length of each stub, three resonant frequencies can be controlled flexibly. The resonator meanwhile introduces a common resonator section and the non-interfering external coupling for three filtering channels. This design curtails the whole size of quadruplexer and thus avoids the complicated designing of matching network. Based on this novel common canpiing resonator and folded SIR resonators, a higher order microstrip quadruplexer is designed and fabricated, which can be used in mobile communication systems with central frequencies of 1/1.25/1.56/1.8GHz and FBW of 4.5%/6.9%/4. 4%/3%. All measured results are in good agreement with the full-wave simulation results.
