通过黄色滤光膜对毛脉酸模进行不同时间遮膜处理。采用高效液相色谱法对毛脉酸模根样品中的蒽醌类的含量及产量进行测定,进行了方差分析。实验结果表明黄膜处理15d显著性提高大黄酚苷含量及产量;黄膜处理30d显著性提高大黄素含量及产量;黄膜处理30d显著性提高大黄酚含量及产量;黄膜处理45d显著性提高大黄素甲醚含量及产量。
To explore effects of yellow film shading on content and yield of anthraquinones constituents in roots Rurnex gmelini Turcz. Contents of resveratrol and polydatin were measured by HPLC. Yields were calculated. Statistical analysis was carried out using the ANOVA test. Results revealed that the content and yield of Chrysophan were increased significiantly under shading with yellow film for 15 days ; the content and yield of Emodin were increased significiantly under shading with yellow film for 30 days ; the content and yield of Chrysophanol were increased significiantly under shading with yellow film for 30 days;, the content and yield of Physcion were increased significiantly under shading with yellow film for 45 days.
