按生产要素参与收益分配的政策设计既要有利于主导产业的健康发展,又要有利于公平正义的实现。根据各个产业在江苏省GDP中的占比及从业人数占比等指标选取了10个行业,运用主成分分析法测算和确定这些产业的主导地位。然后应用卢卡斯的人力资本外部性内生模型,计算测定江苏省主导产业的生产要素对经济总量的贡献度,为科学制定收入分配政策提供依据。
英文摘要：
Material capital, human capital, system transformation and technology progress are the key of economy growth. This article applies Lucas＇ s human capital indigenous model and probes the key factors from the ten pri- mary industries that bolsters the long - growth of Jiangsu economy. And it ulteriorly analyses eontrihution degrees of production factors for dominant industry in the economic and social development of Jiangsu province.
