长大通风斜井存在出水多、截面大、坡陡等特点,是抽排水施工设计重点工作。依据杭州市紫之隧道东线K1+570~K3+555通风斜井,对大长坡面抽排水系统进行设计,对不同型号抽水泵排水量以及排水泵供电计算。设计采用多台不同型号排水泵及时抽水,采取固定泵站与移动泵站相结合设计方案,使排水效率提高了1.3倍;采用两台30 k W移动泵站水泵与一台40 k W固定泵站水泵相结合方法,有效解决了施工过程中出现的突然涌水情况;对抽排水系统供电配置计算,进行变压器设置并优化了通电路线,排水专线架设高度设为4m,每5 m设置一挂钩。
