基于C-D生产函数,借助空间面板模型测算我国30省市1994-2014土地要素弹性和贡献情况。结果表明:1)根据全域Moran’s I,各省市GDP产出和土地要素投入在空间上存在极强相关性。而局部Moran’s I和LISA聚类图可知,经济增长和建设用地高聚类区皆多为东部地区,低聚类区则多为西部地区;2)土地要素投入与地区GDP增长之间存在正向关系,但东中西部地区间存在差异。从土地要素对地区经济增长的贡献率看,西部地区最高,东部地区最低。建议需根据土地要素弹性和贡献情况合理配置地区土地资源,促进经济增长。
Using 1994 -2014 data of 30 provinces and cities in the country, based on C -D function and spatial panel model, the research attempts to calculate the elasticity and contribution of land elements. The results show that: (1) according to global Moran' s I, GDP in various provinces and cities had strong correlation with the land inputs. The local Moran' s I and LISA show that high economic growth areas and the larger area of construction land were clustering in the eastern region, low clustering areas were mostly in the western region. (2) The land elasticity was central (0.491) 〉 west (0. 342) 〉 eastern (0. 232) ; the land contributions was west (23. 58% ) 〉 middle (20.48%) 〉 Eastern ( 16.21% ). According to the Land elasticity and land contributions, China may reasonably allocate the land resources and the urbanization process.
