分析了破碎围岩弱面、水蚀、构造应力、大断面等因素对余吾煤业+400 m水平轨道大巷围岩变形破坏的影响,论述了轨道大巷两帮破坏诱发顶板变形的围岩破坏特征,进一步阐述了采用注浆加固减小帮顶围岩塑性区,锚杆支护提高了围岩的自承能力的锚注联合控制技术。矿压观测结果表明,注浆加固围岩弱面后,锚杆锚索初期快速承载,围岩最大表面位移约23 mm,控制效果显著。
This paper analyzed the impact of the broken surrounding rock weak planes,water erosion,tectonic stress,a large cross-section and other factors on the surrounding rock deformation and failure of Yuwu coal industry +400 m level track main roadway,discussed the surrounding rock failure characteristics that track roadway two sides failure led to roof deformation,and elaborated furtherly the bolting and grouting combined control technology,in which grouting could reduce surrounding rock plastic zone of two sides and roof and anchor bolting improve self-supporting capacity of surrounding rock.The result of mine pressure observation showed that after grouting reinforced surrounding rock weak planes,in initial stage,bolt and anchor cable beard load quickly,the maximum surface displacement was about 23 mm,and the control effect was remarkable.
