生姜挥发油具有一定的药理活性,但易挥发,难以储存。实验采用β-环糊精包舍生姜挥发油制备成微胶囊。考察超声功率、温度、时间以及芯材比对生姜挥发油微胶囊化工艺的影响,选择影响因素,设计正交试验。实验结果表明,由单因素得出超声功率、时间、温度和芯材比对挥发油微胶囊化均有影响;生姜挥发油微胶囊的最佳制备工艺:超声功率200W,温度40℃,时间30min,芯材比1:5,在此条件下包埋率达到79.0%。
Ginger as the traditional medicine, ginger essential oil has some pharmacological activity , but it is dif- ficult to store. In this study, β-cyclodextrin included the volatile oil ginger prepared microcapsules, and tested the effects of ultrasonic power,temperature the core material,time and the ratio of Ginger Essential Oil Microencap- sulation,to determining factor and design the orthogonal test. Experimental results showed that ultrasonic pow- er,time,temperature and the ratio of core material affected the Volatile Oil Microencapsulation;the best prepa- ration, ultrasonic power 200W,temperature 40℃ the embedding rate reached 79.0%. The method , time 30min,the core material ratio of 1 : 5 ,in this condition is stable and reliable.
