目的探讨内生真菌促进大戟药材生产的方法。方法接种大戟内生真菌到大戟组培苗,将建立共生后的组培苗移栽室外,生长1年后,检测生物量和萜类的量。结果内生真菌E4(Fusariumsp.Ⅰ)和E5(Fusariumsp.Ⅱ)均促进了宿主植物生长,使根的鲜质量分别提高了49.45%和59.74%;并使大戟的折干率提高了2.99%和6.48%;同时提高了大戟组培期和室外生长1年后二萜物质异大戟素和三萜物质大戟醇的量。室外生长1年后,E4处理组,异大戟素和大戟醇分别比对照提高了92.79%和40%;E5处理组,异大戟素和大戟醇分别比对照提高了105.32%和241.38%。结论内生真菌E4和E5对大戟有促生长作用,并能同时促进其萜类的合成。
Objective To study the producing method for Euphorbia pekinensis promoted by endophy tiefungi. Methods The tissue culture piantlets were innoculated with endophytic fungi, then it was trans- planted to the pods and cultured for one year. The biomass and content of terpenoids (isoeuphpekinensin and euphol) were determined. Results The growth of the E. pekinensis was promoted by endophytic fun- gi E4 (Fusarium sp.Ⅰ ) and E5 (Fusarium sp. Ⅱ ). The fresh weight of the root increased 49.45% and 59.74% for E4 and E5 treated, respectively. The plants dry weight coefficient increased 2.99% and 6.48% for E4 and E5 treated, respectively. The contents of isoeuphpekinensin and euphol in the plants were increased for tissue cultured in hoth bottles and pods. For the plants cultured in pods for one year, the isoeuphpekinensin and euphol increased 92.79% and 40%, respectively treated by E4. The isoeuphpe- kinensin and euphol increassed 105.32 % and 241.38 %, respectively treated by E5. Conclusion The endo- phytic fungi E4 and E5 could promote the growth of E. pekinensis and accumulated terpenoids.
