To analysis the intendance of occupational disease types such as radiation damage, neck and lumbar diseases, gastrointestinal disease in orthopedic surgeon group, finding existing cogni-tive misunderstanding prblems for orthopedic surgeon in occupational disease such as insufficient cog-nition and prevention, unawareness of control measures and little attention. As a result, proposed measures for holiday system security, to take health management lessons, and to strengthen the abi-lity of self-protection for the orthopedic occupational health educational strategies.
