超声弹性成像作为一种全新的成像技术,能够提供组织弹性这一基本的力学属性,可以估计出组织内部的相应情况,从而间接或直接反映组织内部的弹性模量等力学属性的差异,能更清楚地显示、定位病变及鉴别病变性质。目前其研究主要集中于乳腺、甲状腺、前列腺、肝脏、血管壁等部位的病变和高度聚焦超声引起的损害检测等方面。
Ultrasound elastogTaphy can provide the basic mechanical property of tissue elasticity as a new imaging technology, can estimate the inner corresponding information of tissue, then directly or indirectly reflect the difference of the tissue inner elastic modulus and other mechanical properties, can get more clear display, the positioning pathological changes and identification of lesions. Currently the research focused on breast, thyroid ,prostate ,liver,blood vessel wall and the detection application to the damage caused by high intensity focused uhrasound.
