针对客户在产品创新中的作用问题,本文基于客户合作的产品信息交换与共同开发的分析维度,以5个不同行业的制造企业为研究对象,研究了客户在产品创新中的行为与影响,结果表明制造企业通过客户合作学习可以提高供应链运作能力与整合开发能力,制造企业的服务主动性、内部知识共享、技术与市场熟悉度等因素对于企业能力提高有影响,并归纳出了基于客户合作的产品创新理论模型。
Based on the literature on customer involvement in new product development,this study conducts a multi-case study of manufacturers from five different industries,comparing them from the two dimensions of information exchange and co-development in customer collaboration,and proposes a theoretical framework for product innovation based on customer collaboration.Our findings show that customer collaboration has important effects on the operational capability of supply chain and integrative product development capability.In addition,the effects on manufacturers' capablility are different under different levels of the manufacturers' service proactiveness,internal knowledge sharing,and their familiarity with technology and market.At last,aproduct innovation theoretical model is constructed based on customer collaboration.
