面对激烈的市场竞争,许多企业进行了服务化转型升级,为客户提供解决方案,而国内学术界在这一领域的研究才刚刚起步。鉴于此,本文对国外相关文献进行了梳理,重点剖析了客户解决方案的概念与特征,总结了客户解决方案的前因、开发过程及影响结果,并在此基础上,对该领域的三个前沿研究主题进行了述评,指出了未来的研究方向,以期推动客户解决方案研究的深化。
In the face of fierce market competition, many firms carry out the transformation of service and provide solutions for their customers. However, the research in this field is just in its infancy in China. In this view, this paper reviews related foreign literature and focuses on the concept and characteristics of customer solutions. Then it summarizes the antecedents, development process, and outcomes of customer solutions. On this basis, this paper reviews the latest research topics, and points out future directions to promote the deepening of the research of customer solutions.
