速度环是永磁同步电机伺服系统位置伺服三环控制中间环节,也是重要的控制环节,速度环控制方法和控制技术的好坏直接影响整个系统的动态响应。本文在分析永磁同步电动机工作原理和空间矢量控制原理的基础上,针对永磁同步电机位置伺服三环控制系统中的速度环控制,国内外研究的方法和控制策略进行综述,分析新型速度调节器在控制系统中的作用及工作特点,对速度控制技术方案优缺点进行总结。
The speed loop is the intermediate link and important loop for permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system in the three control loops. The speed loop control method and control technology has a direct impact on the dynamic performance of the whole system. Based on the analysis of permanent magnet synchronous motor mathematical model and vector control principle,the paper carried on the summary of the domestic and foreign research method and control strategy of speed control of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system in the three control loops. The function and characteristics of the new speed regulator in the control system were analyzed. It summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the speed control technology.
