采用FRANC2D断裂力学分析软件分析了含裂纹构件的断裂问题,通过在裂纹尖端附近采用1/4奇异等参元,很好的刻画了裂纹尖端场的1/r~(1/2)奇异性,通过对若干典型断裂问题的计算,得到了裂纹尖端的断裂参数,模拟了有限板中心斜裂纹和边斜裂纹的扩展过程,并对裂纹的起裂方向进行了预测,与实验结果进行对比具有较好的一致性。分析结果表明,FRANC2D软件对线弹性材料的断裂问题计算结果精度很高,可以模拟裂纹的扩展路径。利用该软件的计算结果对进一步深入分析断裂问题有很大帮助,可以为工程断裂分析提供参考。
The FRANC2D (Fracture Analysis Code 2D) was employed to resolve the fracture problems for cracked structures. The 1/r singularities were appropriately described using quarter singular isopara- metric elements in the vicinity of the crack tip. The solutions of several typical fracture problems give the near-crack-tip fracture parameters and outline the oblique center & edge crack propagation process. In addition, the crack initiation directions were predicted and the predictions are well consistent with the ex- perimental data. The results show that the FRANC2D exhibits very high-accuracy calculation for the frac- ture problems of linearly elastic materials and can simulate the crack propagation path. The numerical a- nalysis using FRANC2D are very useful to further thorough fracture problems and the results can provide references for engineering fracture analysis.
