酸性亚硫酸盐处理木质纤维素产生的废液含有木素磺酸盐、糠醛和羟甲基糠醛(HMF)等生物抑制剂,快速、同步测定这些物质对于生物质精炼具有重要意义。本文建立了衰减全反射(ATR)-UV光谱法用以快速、同步测定亚硫酸盐废液中三种生物抑制剂的浓度。使用单波长和双波长校正可以测定木素磺酸盐的浓度,这两种方法得到的数据非常接近。由于受到HSO3-和SO32-离子的干扰,总糠醛物质的浓度需用双波长校正才能获得;而糠醛和HMF各自的浓度则需要三波长校正方能获得。ATR-UV光谱法用于桉木亚硫酸盐预处理废液分析的结果表明,50%的木素磺酸盐和30%的糠醛类物质在预处理升温阶段即已生成。因此,本方法在生物质预处理的过程控制中有潜在的应用价值。
The effluent from eucalyptus pretreated by acidic sulfite contains lignosulfonates,furfural and hydroxymethyl furfural(HMF).It is important for biomass refining to determine these bio-inhi-bitors accurately and rapidly.In this paper,attenuated total reflection ultraviolet(ATR-UV) spectroscopic method was developed for determination of concentration of three bio-inhibitors in effluent from eucalyptus rapidly and simultaneously.The single-wavelength and dual-wavelength calibration can be used for determination of lignosulfonates,and with almost the same results.The total concentration of furfural substances was quantified by dual-wavelength method to get rid of interference of HSO-3 and SO2-3 ions.A tri-wavelength method was used to provide accurate quantification of individual concentration of furfural and HMF.The results show that 50% lignosulfonates and 30% furfural substances were generated during the heating stage in pretreatment process.It is shown that the ATR-UV spectroscopy method is very suitable for use in the field of the biomass pretreatment process control.
