采用磁力搅拌/阳离子交换树脂法提取好氧颗粒污泥中的胞外聚合物(EPS),对比了不同阳离子交换树脂(CER)投加量、搅拌时间和搅拌强度下的提取效果差异。以糖类和蛋白质含量作为EPS提取效果的评价指标,确定了最佳提取条件如下:搅拌时间为6h,搅拌转速为1000r/min,树脂投加量为60g/gSS。在该最优操作参数条件下,蛋白质、多糖、总EPS提取量的平均值分别为3.19、10.46和13.65mg/L,相应的相对标准偏差为2.87%、0.76%和1.12%,具有良好的重现性。
Extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) in aerobic granular sludge were extracted by magnetic stirrer/cation exchange resin (CER). The extraction efficiency of EPS at different doses of CER, different stirring times and intensities was investigated. The contents of polysaccharide and protein were used as the evaluation indexes, and the optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows: stirring time of 6 h, stirring speed of 1 000 r/min, resin dose of 60 g/gSS. When the optimum operating parameters were used, the average values of extracted protein, polysaccharide and total EPS were 3.19 mg/L, 10.46 mg/L and 13.65 rag/L, respectively, and the corresponding relative standard deviations were 2.87%, 0.76% and 1.12%. suggestinz that the method has good renrnrlnr.ihilitv
