利用INSTRON电液伺服万能试验机和PCI-2型多通道声发射测试系统,对取自盘龙铅锌矿的围岩、未风化矿体和微风化矿体制成的试件分别进行单轴压缩和劈裂试验。研究结果表明:单轴压缩时,围岩和未风化矿体的声发射能率分别集中在弹性阶段中后期和弹性阶段,进入塑性阶段后两者的声发射能率均明显减少;微风化矿体在受压全过程声发射能率丰富;未风化矿体和微风化矿体的声发射累计数和能量分别最低、最高。劈裂加载时,3种岩样的声发射能率在时序上的变化规律与其应力在时序上的变化规律相一致,声发射能率能反映岩石在受拉状态下内部损伤的演化趋势;围岩和微风化矿体的声发射累计数和能量分别最高、最低。单轴压缩下岩样的能量高于声发射累计数,而劈裂时岩样的能量与声发射累计数大致相同;单轴压缩下岩样的声发射累计数和能量远远比劈裂时高。
By virtue of INSTRON electro-hydroulic servo universal testing machine and PCI-2 acoustic emission testing system, uniaxial compressive and Brazilian tests were carried out with 3 different rocks. The results show that in uniaxial compression test AE energy rate of surrounding rock and unweathered orebody are respectively concentrated in the middle-late period of elastic phase and elastic phase, but both significantly decreased in the plastic phase. The AE energy rate of lightly weathered orebody is rich all the time and its ' accumulated AE counts and energy are highest while unweathered orebody' s are lowest in uniaxial compression test. In Brazilian test, the changes over time of AE energy rate are in accordance with the changes of stress, which shows that AE energy rate indicates the change trend of damage inside rock. The accumulated AE counts and energy of rocks under uniaxial compression are much higher than those of rocks under Brazilian splitting.
