6new recorded species of pteridophytes from Guizhou are reported.They are Selaginella ornata,Microlepia todayensis,Cyclogramma auriculata,C.chunii,Parathelypteris nigrescens and Pseudocyclosorus tuberculifer.All the voucher speclimens are preserved in Herbarium of Shanghai Chenshan Botanical Garden（CSH）.
