采用渗透型防护材料是改善混凝土渗透性,提高混凝土耐久性最方便有效的一种方式。有机硅防护涂料能够渗入混凝土表面一定深度,并在毛细孔壁表面形成一层硅氧薄膜,起着透气不透水的保护作用;能有效减少混凝上吸收水分以及有害介质渗入混凝土内部,延长混凝土结构的服役寿命,在国内外各种工程实践中得到了广泛的应用并取得了优异的效果。介绍了有机硅防水材料对提高混凝土耐久性的作用原理,有机硅防水材料的特点及应用与未来研究的趋势。
The penetrating protective coatings are one of the most convenient and effective ways to reduce the penetrability of concrete and to improve the durability of concrete.Organic silicon penetrating agent can permeate into concrete from surface, forming a breathable and waterproof coating of Si-O on the capilary pores' surface, and also keep the internal concrete from absorption of water and harmful compound.It has been widely used in both domestic and international engineering programs and achieved excellent results.This paper intro-duces silicone waterproofing materials' principles to improve the durability of concrete, classification and applications, followed by the fu-ture study trend.
