通过室温力学性能测试、OM、SEM等,研究了四镦三拔多向锻造的变形温度(300~510℃)对2219铝合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着变形温度的升高,2219铝合金多向锻造后及T6热处理后的粗大残余结晶相含量逐渐减少,分布更均匀,变形温度由300℃升高至510℃时,多向锻造后粗大残余结晶相所占面积分数由6.96%降低至4.59%。锻件抗拉强度和伸长率随变形温度升高而提高,在510℃高温四镦三拔多向锻造下合金综合性能达到最优,抗拉强度和伸长率分别为392.3 MPa和7.3%。
The influences of four-upsetting three-drawing out multi-directional forging deformation temperatures (300-510℃) on the mierostructure and mechanical properties of the 2219 aluminum alloy were investigated by means of mechanical properties test at room temperature, OM, SEM and so on. The results show that with the increase of deformation temperature, the coarse residual crystal phase content of 2219 aluminum alloy gradually reduces after multi-directional forging and T6 heat treatment, the distribution is more uniform; when the deformation temperature is increased from 300 *C to 510 *C, the area fraction of the coarse residual crystal phase after multi-directional forging decreases from 6.96% to 4.59%. The tensile strength and elongation of the forging rise with the increase of the deformation temperature; the comprehensive performance of the alloy is optimal under the conditions of 510℃ high temperature and four-upsetting three-drawing out multi-directional forging proeess, and the tensile strength and elongation are 392.3 MPa and 7.3%, respectively.
