采用高温固相法,以葡萄糖为碳源,Y2O3为掺杂剂,制备锂离子电池正极材料Li1-xYxFePO4/C(x=0、0.01、0.02和0.03)。材料的首次充放电比容量随着x的增加先升高,后降低。加入5%的葡萄糖,x=0.01和0.02的材料,0.1cit&放电比容量分别为131.37mAh/g和142.10mAk/g。
Li-ion battery cathode materials Li1-xYxFePO4/C ( x = 0,0.01,0.02 and 0.03) were prepared by high temperature solid-state method with glucose as carbon sources and Y203 as dopant. The initial charge-discharge capacities of the materials were increased first and then decreased with the increasing of x. The 0.1 C initial specific discharge capacities of the materials by adding 5% glucose with x = 0.01 and 0.02 were 131.37 mAh/g and 142.10 mAh/g,respectively.
