永磁同步电机在现代伺服控制系统中得到了越来越广泛的应用。一种新研发的伺服驱动器和PMSM进行匹配时,需要进行长时间的性能测试。对拖测试是PMSM性能测试中最常见也是最主要的测试方法之一。根据某伺服驱动器生产厂家新产品研发测试,通过硬件和软件的设计,搭建了基于LabVIEW的永磁同步电机互馈对拖测试平台。实现对转矩和转速的控制,并且对电流、电压和温度等参数进行实时的监测、分析、计算、备份和在线调试。该对拖平台实现了参数的快速精确监测,扩展性好,在工程实践中具有很强的实用性。
Permanent magnetic synchronous motor has been more and more widely used in modern servo control system. To match a newly developed servo drive to the PMSM, the performance test need long time to be done. Mutual-Driving test is one of the most common and main tests of PMSM. According to test requirements in the process of product development of a servo drive manufacturing enterprise ,It sets up a Mutual-Feeding Mutual-Driving Test for PMSM based on LabVIEW through designing the hardware and software. It cart controls torque and speed, also can real-time monitor, analyze, calculate, backup and playback the parameters, such as current, voltage and temperature. The platform achieves rapid and accurate detection of parameters, which has good expansibility and strong applicability in engineering practice.
