结合《钢结构设计规范》对于柱间支撑布置的规定,指出了目前关于柱间支撑的相关研究中没有考虑的因素,针对具有特殊工艺的大跨度结构的构成特点,对单榀纯柱间支撑与单柱的刚度性能进行了理论推导和参数化分析,揭示了单柱与纯支撑刚度比值的分布规律.针对柱距、支撑层数和构件截面等参数的变化,对单榀柱间支撑抗侧刚度和温度作用下结构性能的影响进行了参数化分析,提出了能够提高柱间支撑抗侧刚度并减小温度引起的附加内力的支撑布置规律.研究了柱间支撑在结构中的布置位置和柱截面对结构水平荷载和温度作用下性能的影响,得到了一些有益的结论.最后以一大跨度钢结构厂房的设计为例,说明了本文研究结论在工程的应用.
Through discussion of the provision of 'Code for Design of Steel Structures' about column brace arrangement, some inconsideration in current design and research of column brace was proposed. Considering the structural characteristics of workshop with special technique, the content of this paper was determined. By theoretical derivation and parameterized analysis of the pure brace stiffness and single column stiffness, the ratio of the stiffness of single column to pure brace was acquired. And then taking column distance, brace layer and member section into account, parameterized analysis was performed, and the regularity of the brace arrangement was obtained for the increase of the lateral stiffness and the decrease of the additional temperature force. Furthermore, the study was carried out on the influence of the brace location and column section on the structure under horizontal load and temperature action, and some useful results was obtained. Finally, the conclusion was used in the design of a long-span steel workshop structure.
