在分析城市轨道交通安全管理现状的基础上,提出在运营期间对应急救援能力评价的必要性。从系统工程理论的角度,采用模糊层次分析法对影响应急救援过程的多个功能要素做定性和定量分析,建立评价指标体系,应用轨道交通系统实例进行综合评价。根据评价结果分析安全管理的不足,为管理人员改进和加强系统安全提供依据,促进轨道交通管理的进一步完善。
ased on the analysis of the present situation of safety management in urban rail transit, the necessity to evaluate the emergency rescue capability during operation is discussed. The fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) method is applied to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis for those functional factors in emergency rescue process and an evaluation model is built based on the theory of system engineering. A real case of urban rail transit in China is cited and its defects in safety management are pointed out for the improvement of safety management of urban rail transit.
