介绍了传统压边力控制技术,分析了复杂拉伸件特点,指出复杂拉伸件所需要的压边力既是行程的函数,也是位置的函数。综述了国内外变压边力控制技术的研究现状,重点介绍了随行程变化的变压边力理论控制曲线和不同的变压边力加载模式,以及随位置变化的变压边力控制方法。并探讨了变压边力控制技术的发展趋势。
The conventional control technology of blank-holder force (BHF) was introduced. After analyzing the characters of complex deep drawing part, it is indicated that the BHF needed for the complex deep drawing is not only the function of distance traveled but also the function of position. The status quo of study on the control technology of variable blank-holder force (VBHF) was summarized, focusing on the theoretical control curve of VBHF changing with distance traveled, and on difficult loading mode of VBHF and controlling means of VBHF changing with position. Finally the developing trend of control technology of VBHF was discussed in the paper.
