利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Sm2O3掺杂CeO2系列固体电解质.通过粉末X射线衍射谱对所制备的电解质材料进行了平均晶粒尺寸和晶格常数分析,并利用交流阻抗谱测试结果分析了样品的电导率机理.研究表明,粉末样品晶粒尺寸较小,属于纳米级材料,且具有立方萤石型结构.另外,随温度的升高,Sm2O3掺杂CeO2样品中的氧离子通过空位移动速度增大,而使其电导率也随之线性增大;Sm2O3掺杂CeO2样品随掺杂比例变化而导致空位变化,使其导电率也在一定程度上受到了影响.
Solid electrolytes based on Sm2O3-doped Ceria are prepared by the sol-gel mehod.Average grain size and lattice constant in prepared electrolyte materials are measured by X-ray diffraction technique,and mechanism of conductitivity of the samples is analyzed by using impedance spectroscopy.The results show that grain size of the powder samples is tiny,and belong to nano-materials.They have cubic fluorite-type structure.In addition,oxygen ions transfer rate in Sm2O3-doped Ceria samples increase by vacancy with the temperature increase,and it leads to the linear increase of the samples Conductivity.Number of vacancy varies with doping ratio,and its conductivity is affected to some degree.
