以集装箱港口效率和顾客满意度两个指标以及出口箱堆场箱位分配的4个原则为主要依据,建立出口箱堆场分配的数学模型,在降低装船时内集卡水平运输距离基础上,进一步增加约束平衡各箱区作业量,均衡龙门吊的作业任务,提高作业效率.结果表明,该模型能够从整体上实现对出口箱箱位分配的优化.
In order to maximize the efficiency and customer satisfaction of container handling services at container port,a mathematical model was established based on 4 fundamental principles of storage allocation for export containers in yard.The model reduces transport distance for container trucks,and balances the workloads of yard blocks as well as to improve the operating efficiency.Moreover,the workloads of yard cranes are further balanced by incorporating new constraints.Results show that the model can optimize the allocation of storage for export containers.
