Ecological agriculture is an important direction for modern agricultural development, and an effective way to solve ＂Three Agriculture＂ problems（countryside, agriculture and farmer problems）. Using the PSR model, based on principles of ecological agricultural development ideas, taking how to promote the steps of ecological agricultural development as the goal,the importance of the establishment of ecological agricultural incentive mechanism in construction and promotion of ecological agriculture was studied. Through the establishment of ecological agricultural incentive mechanism, the internal construction of ecological agriculture would be deepened further, and the government could create a good environment for ecological agricultural construction, and actively serve peasants better and adapt to the market, which can let peasants increase incomes fast and steady and achieve mutual integration of economic, social, and ecological benefits of ecological agriculture, and make ecological agricultural industry keeping a beneficial cycle.
