阻抗成像(EIT)是一种全新的医学成像技术。它和其他成熟技术一样,需要一个从方法学研究,应用技术研究到临床应用的发展过程。需要理论—技术—应用—技术—理论的多次反复、循环,才能日趋成熟。我国从EIT方法学研究向应用基础和临床应用研究过渡的时机已经成熟。提出了我国EIT实用化应用技术研究可能面临的一些问题和建议,涉及电极性能与评价方法,成像算法和数据采集与图像处理方法等。希望能对我国EIT研究的发展有所帮助。
Electrical impedance tomography (EIT) is a new imaging technology. Similar to other ripe technology., EIT needs a development course from methodology to application research, then to clinic practice. It needs a repeat course time after time from theory to technology to clinic application, then to technology to theory. After the courses above EIT can get progress and ripeness time bv time. It is the time for EIT to develop from methodology to application foundation research and clinic practice in China. The EIT researchers may be faced with some problems, including electrode performance and evaluation, image reconstruction algorithm, data acquisition and image processing methods and so on. Some suggestions about application research on EIT have been put forwarded in the paper to help the design of a practical EIT system.
