为探究抗逆力对工作投入的影响及作用机制,选取北京、深圳两地8家单位456人进行问卷调查。通过相关分析和结构方程分析,结果发现,抗逆力对工作投入有显著正向预测作用;积极应对和积极情绪在抗逆力与工作投入的关系中有部分中介作用。
Aiming to examine the relationship between resilience and work engagement, we invite 456 employees from 8 organizations to complete a self-reported questionnaire. Structural Equation Model is used to explore the effects of resilience, positive coping and positive emotions on work engagement. Results indicate that resilience is positively associated with work engagement, and this relationship is partially mediated by positive coping and positive emotions.
