用浸渍法制备了不同稀土含量的Y型分子筛,通过XRD-粉末衍射,IR光谱,NH3-TPD程序升温热脱附,XRF-荧光光谱仪,催化剂活性评价(MAT),氮气吸脱附等温线法等表征手段,全面考察了稀土含量对Y分子筛物化参数的综合影响;研究表明随着稀土含量的增加,分子筛晶胞参数变大,结晶保留率降低,总酸量降低,非骨架铝的羟基团簇减少,L(Lewis)酸与B(Bronsted)酸的酸量减少,分子筛裂化活性在一定稀土含量内呈递增趋势,稀土的加入对分子筛骨架有一定程度的扩孔效应。
The Y zeolites with varying rare -earth(RE) content were prepared by impregnation. Synthetic effects of rare earth content on physicochemical parameters of Y zeolite were investigated'thoroughly. The samples were characterized using X -ray diffraction (XRD) ,NH3 -temperature programmed desorption technique, infrared spectra of pyridine adsorbed (IR), X- ray fluorescence (XRF), micro- activity reactor (MAT) and N2 -adsorption technique. It was found that the unit cell constant of Y zeolites with higher RE content is increased; under the same conditions, crystallization of retention - rate, total acid amount, extra - ~'amework AI - OH species and the amount of Lewis and Bronsted acid are all declined. The addition of RE has an effect on pore- reaming and MAT is increased with a certain RE content.
