创新组织内包括知识囤积在内的知识共享敌意行为普遍存在,在分析创新组织内知识共享敌意行为的正负效用的基础上,采用复制动态的演化博弈来研究创新组织内知识共享敌意行为的演化轨迹。研究发现:员工选择知识共享敌意行为还是知识共享行为受到个体间关系强度、人际关系损失成本、感知共享成本等因素的影响,通过提高员工之间的关系强度和人际关系损失成本、降低员工的感知共享成本、建立一定的知识共享敌意的治理机制对于减少创新组织内知识共享敌意行为的发生效果显著。
Knowledge sharing hostility behavior, including knowledge hoarding, is common in the innovation organization. On the basis of analyzing the positive and negative effects of the knowledge sharing hostility behavior in innovation organization, the pa- per uses replicator dynamics of evolutionary game theory to study the development trajectory of knowledge sharing hostility behavior among knowledge staffs in innovation organization. The paper finds that employees choose knowledge sharing hostility behavior or knowledge sharing behavior is influenced by individual relationship strength, interpersonal relationship loss cost and perceived sha- ring cost. By improving the relationship strength between employees as well as interpersonal relationship loss cost, reducing per- ceived sharing cost of employees, and establishing a certain mechanism of knowledge sharing hostility, there is a significant effect for reducing the occurrence of knowledge sharing hostility behavior in innovation organization.
