目的:研究葛根丹参(乙酸乙酯部位)组方配伍(1:1)对高脂血症大鼠脂质代谢的影响.方法:采用高脂乳液灌胃法复制大鼠高脂血症动物模型,观察葛根丹参组方配伍后对大鼠血脂水平的影响.结果:葛根丹参(乙酸乙酯部位)组方配伍后能显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL.C和MDA的含量,纠正TG/HDL.C、LDL.C/HDL.C比值,增加HDL-C的含量,提高SOD的活力.结论:葛根丹参组方配伍(1:1)具有一定的调节脂质代谢、抗脂质过氧化的作用,该作用可能是葛根丹参配伍防治动脉粥样硬化的药理学基础.
Objective: To study the effects of ethyl acetate extracts from Gegen-Danshen (1:1) prescription on the lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods: The hyperlipidemia rats are induced by high fat emulsion via oral administration, and then the effect of Gegen-Danshen prescription on the levels of blood lipid in hyperlipidemia rats is observed. Results: The ethyl acetate extracts from Gegen-Danshen (1 :l) prescription could significantly reduce the levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and malondialdehyde (MDA). And the ratios of TG/HDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C are clearly corrected via Gegen-Danshen prescription treated. Furthermore, oral administration of Gegen-Danshen prescription also enhances the levels of serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and the activity of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD). Conclusion: The results of the study suggests that Gegen-Danshen (l:l) prescription could not only ameliorate the lipid metabolism, but also act against lipid peroxidation. And these effects of Gegen-Danshen (1:1) prescription provide basic pharmacological information and might contribute to the treatment of atherosclerosis.
