As the first programmatic documents in the history of human thought of scientific socialism and the declaration of the birth Marxism, The Communist Manifesto not only described a comprehensive system of theory of Marxism but also explored the proletariat as the banner of human liberation on the road. Currently, our country is in the new period of deepening the reform of the cultural system and promoting the development and prosperity of socialist culture. To reread the Communist Manifesto and explore its cultural thought has important theoretical and practical value to the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.
