按照黄金分割法来配比碳纤维在摩擦材料中的含量,制备出4种不同碳纤维含量的增强摩擦材料,用JF150D-Ⅱ型定速摩擦磨损试验机对比研究了碳纤维含量对摩擦材料的热衰退性能、恢复性能及摩擦磨损性能的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察4种摩擦材料磨损表面的微观形貌,并探讨了其磨损机理。研究结果表明:添加了碳纤维的摩擦材料相对于无碳纤维的摩擦材料,耐磨性能有所提高,其中碳纤维含量为11.3%(质量分数)的摩擦材料表现出较好的抗热衰退性能和恢复性能,其热衰退率仅为9%,恢复率却达到了98%;随着摩擦温度的升高,4种摩擦材料的磨损率均增加,碳纤维含量为11.3%的摩擦材料的磨损率在整个摩擦过程中均较小,其磨损表面较光滑,而不含碳纤维的摩擦材料的磨损率在各个温度均较大,其磨损表面粗糙不平且有磨粒磨损和黏着磨损,表现出最差的减磨耐磨性能。
Based on golden section method,4kinds of friction materials with different carbon fiber contents were prepared.The effects of carbon fibre content on fade,recovery and wear performance of the friction materials were studied and compared using a constant speed friction material tester(JF150D-Ⅱ),and the worn surface morphology was observed by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Meanwhile,the wear mechanism was discussed.The results showed that the wear resistance of the friction materials with carbon fibre was improved compared with that of the friction material without carbon fibre.The friction materials with carbon fibre content of 11.3wt% showed excellent performances of heat fading resistance and recovery,and its fade ratio was as low as 9% and the recovery ratio was98%.The wear rates of the 4kinds of friction materials with different carbon fiber contents generally increased with the increase of temperature.The wear rate of the friction material with carbon fibre content of 11.3wt% wss generally low in the friction process,and the worn surface was smooth.However,the wear rate of friction material without carbon fibre was high at various temperatures,and its worn surface was rough and rugged.Meanwhile,the adhesive wear and abrasive wear appeared.Therefore,its wear resistance was worst compared with other friction materials.
