在全面建设终身学习型社会的背景下,开放学习的需求很大。采用文献研究和经验总结的方法分析了广州建设终身学习型社会中的开放学习机制。分析了国内外开放学习机制,提出广州构建开放学习机制的思路,总结了广州市开放学习机制构建实践中所取得的成效和存在的不足。从宏观和微观角度提出了开放学习外部机制和内部机制构建的策略思路。
In the context of building lifelong learning society and with the needs of open learning, this paper adopted literature research and experience method to analyze the open learning mechanisms of lifelong learning society of Guangzhou and related both foreign and demestic mechanisms to find out the idea of building open learning mechanisms in Guangzhou, the achievements and shortcomings in the practices of Guangzhou from macro and micro perspectives respectively, forwards external mechanisms and internal mechanisms of constructing open learning mechanisms.
