目的:研究茜草科粗叶木属植物长尾粗叶木Lasianthus acuminatissimus根中的化学成分。方法:利用正相、反相(RP-18)硅胶柱色谱、大孔树脂柱色谱和制备高效液相色谱分离,通过现代波谱技术(^13C-NMR,^1H-NMR,DEFF,EI-MS)鉴定结构。结果:分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为:异东莨菪素(isoseopletin Ⅰ),异东莨菪索6-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(isoscopletin-6-O-β-D-glucopyranosideⅡ),mudanoside-A的β构型体(Ⅲ),车叶草苷(asperulosideⅣ),(-)-pinoresinol4-O-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅴ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅵ)。结论:这些化合物均是首次从粗叶木属植物中得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents from the root of Lasianthus acuminatissirmus of Rubiaceae. Method:Normal, reverse phase silica gel, macroporous resin column and HPLC chromatography were used for isolation. Spectroscopic methods (^13C-NMR,^1H-NMR, DEFt, EI-MS) were used for identification. Result: Six compounds were isolated and elucidated as isoscopletin ( Ⅰ ), isoscopletin-6- O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅱ ), β configuration of Mudanoside-A (Ⅲ ), asperuloside ( Ⅳ ), ( - )-pinoresinol 4- O-β-D-glucopyra- noside ( Ⅴ), daucosterol ( Ⅵ ). Conclusion: These compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
