针对桥面铺装层层间抗剪强度和粘结强度不足而出现推移、松散和拥包等病害,结合甘肃地区气候及环境特征,采用自行改装设计的斜剪仪,研究了剪切角度为15°、30°和40°时不同粘层油种类、不同粘层油用量、不同温度和不同剪切速率对沥青混凝土桥面铺装组合结构层抗剪切性能的影响,并对比分析了不同剪切角度和不同级配类型沥青混凝土铺装结构的抗剪性能。结果表明:采用SBS改性沥青作为粘层油时的层间抗剪强度最好、普通沥青次之、乳化沥青作为粘层油的抗剪强度较低;粘层油用量存在最佳用量值,且最佳SBS改性石油沥青粘层油最佳用量为1.2kg/m2左右;AC-13C+AC-20C沥青混凝土加铺结构抗剪性能优于AC-16C+AC-20C,且抗剪强度随剪切角度的增大而降低,随温度的升高而降低,随剪切速率的增大而增大。
In order to solve the damages of cutting slippage,loose,upheaval caused by the shortage of shear strength and bond strength of the interlamination of bridge pavement. When the angular shear are 15 degrees, 30 degrees, and 40 degrees, the effects of different sorts and dosages of tack coat anti-shearing property, different shear rates and tempera- tures on combination structure layer of asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement were studied by self-designed surface layer oblique shear stress tester,and a contrastive analysis was done to the structure's shear behavior of asphalt concrete pave- ment with different angular shear and grading, and was combined with the feature of regional climate and environment in Gansu province. The experimental results showed that,when SBS modified asphalt was used as tack coat, the interlamina- tion shear strength was best,and common asphalt was slightly worse and emulsified asphalt was worse. Tack coat dosage has a optimum value,and SBS modified asphalt's optimum value is about 1.2 kg/m2, the overlay structure of AC-13C+ AC-20C has a better shearing property than that of AC-16C+AC-20C. The shear strength decreases along with the in- crease of angular shear and temperature, and increases with the increase of shear rates.
