＂Double-qualified＂teachers are the goal of professional development of China＇s higher vocational teachers.The problems existed in China＇s higher vocational teachers are lower educational level,the lack of experience in engineering practice,imperfection of teacher training management etc.,so it should introduce advanced vocational education theories,train ＂ouble-qualified＂ teachers from multiple channels,promote the construction of ＂uble-qualified＂ teaching staff through a combination of production,teaching and research.
