"双师型"教师是我国高职教师专业化发展的目标,我国高职教师存在学历层次偏低、工程实践经验缺乏、师资培训管理不完善等问题,应引入先进的职教理论,多渠道进行"双师型"师资培养,通过产学研结合推动"双师型"教师队伍建设。
"Double-qualified"teachers are the goal of professional development of China's higher vocational teachers.The problems existed in China's higher vocational teachers are lower educational level,the lack of experience in engineering practice,imperfection of teacher training management etc.,so it should introduce advanced vocational education theories,train "ouble-qualified" teachers from multiple channels,promote the construction of "uble-qualified" teaching staff through a combination of production,teaching and research.
