系统研究了按Mo-66.6%Si配比的混合粉末反应烧结合成MoSi2的相变过程,并从热力学和动力学的角度给予分析.结果表明,反应烧结合成纯MoSi2的最低温度为1200℃左右,且由低温至高温相的形成顺序为Mo+Si→Mo3Si+Si→Mo5Si3+Si→MoSi2.
The sequence of phase formation during reactive sintering synthesizing MoSi2 in the Mo - 66.6% Si is investigated by a series of experiments and analyzed from the view of thermodynamics and dynamics. The results show that the lowest temperature of reactive sintering synthesizing pure MoSi2 is 1200℃ approximately and the sequence of phase formation in the Mo - 66.6% Si system from low temperature to high temperature is Mo+Si→Mo3Si+Si→Mo5Si3+Si→MoSi2.
